Goal weight met! Yeah! So now I'm really focusing on building strength in the core muscles and lots of arm workouts, plus billions of lunges! Goal next: 25% bodyfat, 10 pushups and 1 unassisted pullup. Gotta get to one pushup first, though! :)

I have two more weeks to make the scale MOVE down to that goal weight! Gotta burn some major calories to get there! We had the BodPod body composition done Friday, and my BF% is 30, which is at the top end of Moderately Lean. In order to drop to the lean category, it has to be below 23%, so that is my new goal! Still at the gym everyday, but we did have two big dinners this weekend...hmmm, wonder why the scale hasn't budged this week? :)

So it sucks to be at this weight for the last week, but I'm super motivated by my awesome new bathing suit--a size 8--wooohoooo! And it's a two piece!
I've started doing some seriously stepped up weight training stuff that is killing me! The trainer gave me my new marching orders starting this week, if my arms don't actually fall off, they are going to be smokin' strong! :)

Yay Swimsuit shopping! I just got my new one last week at Sam's, of all places! Have fun shopping! And lucky you on living in Charleston. We used to live in Beautiful Beaufort. (and my people are in Greenville...) Oh how I miss South Carolina!

Made it to 155! Another milestone! Yeah! and we now officially weigh less than when we got married, 14 years ago! Bought a beautiful dress and two nice pair of dress pants to celebrate! Just 10 lbs to go!

Keeping on, keeping on...down a few more lbs to 157.5 today. I've been doing less at the gym for the last few days, mostly stretching, as I pulled something in my lower back. Sucks getting old!

Man, it seems like it will take forever to get past 160! Lots of stuff at work coming up later this week, so I've been making sure that I get to the gym every day because I won't get there Thursday and Friday, plus I'll be eating out on Thursday night. I measured my waist, and found that I've lost 5" of my waist! From 37" back at the end of November to 32" now. Wow! That was a boost!

Easter was big-time off the reservation, so haven't lost any weight this week! I had a little bit of all the tasty foods and trying to learn more environmental control about eating in social gatherings. Getting better! Went to the gym every day but Easter!

So it was a really fun weekend and boy does it show! But I'm gym-living this week and cutting calories, so I should be back to Friday's weight in a couple of days, then hoping to see the 150s really soon! Too many diet beers!
